    • In this study the joint types of the top surface of the calcaneus that belongs to Van Kalecik (Urartian) Society have been examined. A total of 20 calcaneus bones were examined for this variation. The type B is the most observed joint surface in Van Kalecik society. When the population examined is considered in general sense it is seen that type B is seen in 80% and type A in 20% of the population.
