El sueno es una funcion biologica fundamental en nuestras vidas, cuya alteracion puede ser un problema en si mismo, con efecto en el organismo y en su actividad psiquica o, una manifestacion de otro problema fisico o mental, que afecta la calidad de vida; por lo que su deteccion y valoracion mediante instrumentos validos, confiables y sensibles es muy importante. El Indice de Calidad de Sueno de Pittsburgh (ICSP), evalua la calidad del sueno y sus alteraciones clinicas durante el mes previo.
