In Web, it is not easy to determine any issues regarding whom and related to whom. Especially in the information age, the information in a document can be grown in the document (Web pages) to another. In the Web there are a lot of issues as a picture about social activities. This paper aims to build an approach or implementation of a rule by involving social networks.
