In this research, two new innovations have been made. The first innovation involves the synthesis of zeolite membranes from the source of kaolin. In the first step, the kaolin was calcined at 700 C to the metakaolinite phase. As a second step, the zeolitisation experiments have been carried out under hydrothermal conditions.
