Since 2011, Ontario hospitals have been engaged in the Senior Friendly Hospital (SFH) Strategy led by the Regional Geriatric Program (RGP) of Toronto, in partnership with Ontario's Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) and the RGPs of Ontario.
