Guided inspection is an inspection/review technique that is “guided” by test cases. Inspections are used to provide a detailed examination of a design or program by a human, as opposed to a machine’s execution of a prototype or completed application. However, even Fagan-style inspection processes focus more on the form of the inspection process rather than the substance of the material being inspected.
