The development of ontology, linked data standards and tools for semantic enrichment, opens new opportunities to analyse and reuse the clinical data collected as part of clinical trials and longitudinal studies. This paper presents our approach on the semantic enrichment of the data collected as part of the Australian, Imaging, Biomarker and Lifestyle study of Ageing (AIBL).
