PURPOSE The aim of this study was to demonstrate three-dimensional biliary anatomy by using spiral CT scanning for patients prior to laparoscopic cholecystectomy. MATERIALS AND METHODS We studied 22 patients (11 men, 11 women; mean age, 60 years) with preoperative imaging. All patients had normal serum bilirubin levels.
