SUMMARY Measurement of cerebral blood flow in cerebral endovascular procedures is useful for the assessment of treatment effects. We used transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and Doppler guide wires (SmartWire((R)), Cardiometries Co.) in intravascular treatment.
