This study was designed to examine the accuracy of air-displacement plethysmography (ADP) using Lohman’s age-adjusted equations (Leq) and Siri’s equation (Seq) in estimating body fat (BF) in male adolescent athletes, with the four-compartment (4C) model as reference. Subjects were 51 Caucasian boys (age, 15.5±1.2 years; weight, 71.0±11.9 kg; stature, 1.79±0.12 m).
