Two rare cases of intraosseous hemangiomas in the zygomatic bone that were repaired after surgical removal of the tumor with hydroxyapatite implants are reported. Case 1 is a 42-year-old woman, and case 2 is a 46-year-old man. They complained of swelling in the right cheek. An intraosseous tumor in the right zygomatic bone was observed in both patients.
