AIMS This work was carried out in order to evaluate the microbial diversity of whey cultures collected from different Grana Padano cheese plants in Veneto region (north-east Italy) by means of RAPD-PCR and Temporal Temperature Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (TTGE) analysis.
