OBJECTIVES To evaluate the urodynamic characteristics of neurogenic detrusor overactivity (NDO) secondary to multiple sclerosis (MS) compared with idiopathic DO (IDO) to determine whether urodynamic distinctions could differentiate the different etiologies of DO.
