The object of this study was to evaluate the function of the pelvic floor and urethral sphincters in women with genuine stress incontinence before and after treatment. A total of 20 patients were randomized to 6 months' pelvic floor training or electrical stimulation. They were assessed by comprehensive analysis of pressure recordings in the urethra, vagina and anus.
