ZusammenfassungIn 86 Serumproben wurden folgende Bestimmungen durchgeführt: Serumeisen und ungesättigte Eisenbindungskapazität (UEBK), jeweils als Doppelbestimmung mit den Methoden vonSchade [20, 21]; Transferrin mit drei immunologischen Methoden: Agardiffusion nachOudin [9], Immunokrit [8] und Nephelometrie nachSchultze undSchwick [23].
