In this paper, we propose a universal design of rate-Mt full-diversity space-frequency (SF) block codes over MIMO frequency-selective fading channels for any number of transmit antennas. The full-diversity can be proved to be the product of the number of transmit antennas Mt, receiver antennas Mr and channel taps L.
