A 36-year-old primiparous woman with one living child presented to our facility with 4 years history of secondary infertility and 20 weeks gestational age sized painful solid pelvic mass. Ultrasound scan, hysterosalpingography and intravenous urography revealed degenerated fibroids, bilateral tubal occlusion and single ectopic right pelvic kidney.
