Cervical carcinoma is one of the highest causes of mortality in female and the number of patients is gradually increasing in the world. HeLa is a cervical carcinoma cell line and first established human immortalized cell line from cervical cancer patient. On the other hands, Heat shock transcription factor 1 (HSF1) is highly expressed in several cancer cells and tumors, and also involved in the malignancy.
