OBJECTIVE To analyze the reported energy intake (EI(rep)) in hemodialysis (HD) patients by total energy expenditure (TEE) measured by a dedicated device. DESIGN Cross-sectional study. SETTING RenalCor and RenalVida Clinics (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).
