Ultrastructure of filamentous microorganisms associated with zebra cyathostomes

Abstract

Filamentous microorganisms were observed colonizing the cuticle of cyathostomes (Nematoda: Strongylidae) collected from the large intestine of Burchell's zebra (Equus burchelli antiquorum).
