OBJECTIVE To analyze the morphologic features of acute hydrops and treatment success using ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM). DESIGN Prospective interventional case series. PARTICIPANTS Fourteen patients (14 eyes) affected by keratoconus with acute corneal hydrops.
