As intraductal papilloma (IP) includes both benign and malignant lesions, it is difficult to decide whether the patient should merely be followed up. The purpose of this study is to validate the ultrasound (US)-guided vacuum-assisted breast biopsy system (Mammotome) for diagnosis and minimally invasive excision of IP.
