Association of ulcero-mutilating acropathy, hereditary sensory neuropathy and subclinical signs of Friedreich's heredo-ataxia is described in two brothers. The cases studied plead not only for the singleness of ulcero-mutilating acropathy and hereditary sensory neuropathy, but also for the close clinical relationship between them and Friedreich's disease.
