This is a brief, non-technical presentation of the main results of a book with the same title in which a new, rigorously defined concept of dynamic complexity is introduced and it is shown that it gives the complete and absolutely universal description of both representative particular cases of complex dynamics and arbitrary dynamical system behaviour.
