The north‐south‐trending Ramagiri Schist Belt is trident shaped, with three prongs separating three granitic terranes. Whereas the western and eastern prongs contain metatholeiites and banded ferruginous quartzite, the central prong includes felsic metavolcanics and volcanogenic metasediments.
