Type I ureteral triplication: an extension of the Weigert-Meyer law.

We report a case of type I ureteral triplication and document the locations of the ureteral orifices corresponding to the renal segments. The ureter from the uppermost renal segment issued onto the urethrovaginal septum and caused wetting. The wetting was cured by high ureteroureterostomy.
