Deux nouvelles especes de Neosarmatium, N. papuense n. sp. et N. bidentatum n. p., sont decrites de la region de Timika en Papouasie (Indonesie). Neosarmatium papuense n. sp. se caracterise par la presence de deux dents chitineuses et d'une non-chitineuse implantees les unes a cote des autres sur la partie proximale du bord dorsal du dactyle des chelipedes. L'espece qui lui est la plus proche est N. trispinosum Davie, 1994, qui se distingue par trois dents toutes chitineuses sur le dactyle…
