We present two cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma grade I, FIGO IA (staging according to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) in young women, diagnosed within endometrial polyps. Both patients underwent repeated hysteroscopies and multiple biopsies after initial treatment to medroxyprogesterone one 400 mg daily or the insertion of IUD-LND (intrauterine device-levonorgestrel) for three months.
