We present two cases of adrenal hemangioma, a rare non-functioning adrenal tumor, and correlate the CT and MR imaging findings with the pathological findings. Peripheral spotty contrast enhancement with centripetal enhancement was noted in one case. This pattern of enhancement is crucial for diagnosing adrenal hemangioma.
