Vein of Galen aneurysm (VGA) is an uncommon cerebral arteriovenous malformation which has not previously been reported in Turner's Syndrome. We report a case and present neuropathologic and radiographic results. There are few prior reports of neuropathologic examination in Turner's Syndrome.
