In order to clarify the influence of (the presence of) the broken time-reversal symmetry state (BTRSS) induced near the interface, tunneling conductance spectra in normal metal/${d}_{{x}^{2}\ensuremath{-}{y}^{2}}$-wave superconductor junctions are calculated on the basis of the quasiclassical Green's function method. The spatial dependence of the pair potential in the superconductor side is determined self-consistently. We discuss two types of the symmetry on the BTRSS: (i) ${d}_{{x}^{2…
Zero-bias conductance peak splitting due to multiband effect in tunneling spectroscopy of organic su
We study how the multiplicity of the Fermi surface affects the zero-bias peak in conductance spectra of tunneling spectroscopy. As case studies, we consider models for organic superconductors
Theory of enhanced proximity effect by midgap Andreev resonant state in diffusive normal-metal/triplet superconductor junctions
Enhanced proximity effect by the midgap Andreev resonant state (MARS) in a diffusive normal-metal/insulator/triplet superconductor (DN/TS) junction is studied based on the Keldysh-Nambu
Evidence of a s-Wave Pairing in Heavily Zn-doped $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$ from Andreev Reflection Spectra
When the $d_{x^2-y^2}$-wave pairing is suppressed by Zn-doping in $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$ some of the Andreev reflection spectra were found to be similar to the s-wave spectra of conventional
Theory of the proximity effect in two-dimensional unconventional superconductors with Rashba spin-orbit interaction
We study the anomalous proximity effect in diffusive normal metal (DN)/unconventional superconductor junctions, where the local density of states (LDOS) in the DN has a zero-energy peak due to the
Surface Andreev Bound States and Odd-Frequency Pairing in Topological Superconductor Junctions
In this review, we summarize the achievement of the physics of surface Andreev bound states (SABS) up to now. The route of this activity has started from the physics of SABS of unconventional
Influence of Magnetic Field on Tunneling Conductance in Normal Metal/ dx2-y2-Wave Superconductor Junctions
Influences of magnetic field on tunneling conductance spectra in normal metal/ d x 2 - y 2 -wave superconductor junctions are studied on the basis of the quasiclassical Green's function method where
Influence of Impurity-Scattering on Tunneling Conductance in d-Wave Superconductors with Broken Time Reversal Symmetry
Effects of impurity scattering on tunneling conductance in dirty normal-metal/insulator/superconductor junctions are studied based on the Kubo formula and the recursive Green function method. The
Theory of Tunneling Spectroscopy of Multi-Band Superconductors
We present the derivation of boundary conditions on a wave function at the normal metal/superconductor (N/S) interface by extending the tight-binding approach developed for semiconducting
