Twenty tumors that were primary in the tubal fimbriae are reported. They were found in patients aged 17 to 83 (average 57) years. All were of mullerian type. Nine tumors were benign (eight adenofibromas, one cystadenoma), of which seven were serous and two, endometrioid. Two tumors were borderline, a serous papillary cystic tumor of borderline malignancy and an endometrioid adenofibroma of borderline malignancy.
