Monoclonal antibodies, tumor-specific for renal cell carcinoma (RCC), were produced in Balb/C mice, hyperimmunized with tumor cell suspensions from a histological grade II tumor. Boosting with lectin-immobilized tumor-antigen rendered high yields of specific antibody-producing hybrids.
