  • A quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) marker Ta0 with hydrolysis probe (“TaqMan”), targeted to the internal transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal DNA, has been developed for quantification of summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) mycelium.
