Objective:To review the changes of sperm quality during the past 13 years in China.Methods:Thirty six papers published from 1985 to 1997 were reviewed and the data from 2318 healthy Chinese subjects in the papers were analyzed with linear regression.Results:There was no evident decline in sperm density ( =1991.618-0.00245 x(P 0.05)) and seminal volume ( =1992.519-0.464 x(P 0.05)).Conclusion:There was no evident decline in the sperm quality of Chinese men during the past 13 years.
