OBJECTIVES Three different treatment options for endometrial hyperplasia were evaluated in a prospective long-time follow-up study, comparing effects of intrauterine levonorgestrel impregnated device (LNG-IUD), low oral dose of medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) and no treatment (observation only).
