OBJECTIVE To report our experience with the use of 95% ethanol as sclerotherapy for symptomatic simple renal cysts. PATIENTS AND METHODS Sixty patients with 64 symptomatic simple renal cysts were treated by ultrasonography (US)-guided percutaneous aspiration and injection of 95% ethanol (31 men and 29 women, mean age 46 years, SD 22).
