BACKGROUND Equine sarcoids (ES) are common, difficult to treat, and have high recurrence rates. Viscum album extracts (VAE) are used in human cancer treatment. HYPOTHESIS That therapy with VAE (Iscador P) is effective in the treatment of ES.
