CONCLUSIONS The data suggest that branchial cleft cyst (BCC) can be primarily treated with OK-432 sclerotherapy and only the remaining lesions with excision. OBJECTIVES To evaluate the effectiveness of sclerotherapy using OK-432 in the treatment of BCC.
