Treatment of Polydipsia and Hyponatremia in Psychiatric Patients

Abstract

Polydipsia occurs frequently in chronic schizophrenic patients, some of whom develop intermittent hyponatremia. Most therapeutic efforts have tried to control the hyponatremia.
