BACKGROUND: Acne vulgaris is the most common chronic inflammatory disease of the skin. [...] Key Method In this single-blind randomly controlled therapeutic study, ninety three patients were enrolled, their ages ranged from 13-23 years. There were 51` females and 42 males. The patients were divided into 2 groups; group A (47 patient) instructed to use nigella sativa oil lotion twice daily for 2 months, while group (46 patient) used a control solution.Expand Abstract
