Trapezoidal area method for simulating physiological pharmacokinetics of drugs in animals

Abstract

A trapezoidal area method for simulating physiological pharmacokinetics of drugs in animals is proposed. Concentrations of ethoxybenzamide in rat tissues and diazepam in human plasma were simulated.
