OBJECTIVE To verify the usefulness and reliability of transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy (THL) as a screening tool for evaluating infertility in women in comparison with conventional diagnostic laparoscopy. STUDY DESIGN Sixty consecutive women with unexplained primary infertility were prospectively enrolled into the study.
