Purpose:To describe a new technique for stress urinary incontinence by the method of transvaginal bone anchored sling. Method:Transvaginal sling surgeries were performed in 42 stress urinary incontinence patients. In the operation, by the battery-operated screw inserter one screw was inserted on each side of the urethra into the pubic bone below the bladder neck..
