Transplantation of cryopreserved immature testicular tissue (ITT) is a promising strategy to restore fertility in young boys facing gonadotoxic treatments. However, up to now, limited spermatogonial recovery has been achieved in xenografting models used to evaluate the potential of cryopreserved tissue transplantation.
