In Brazil, this scenario is no different, with the Northeast semi-arid region having alarming rates of child mortality, almost twice that of the current national mortality rate, with some cities being three times higher, placing child mortality rates in the… Expand
Development of an In Vitro Goat Mammary Gland Model: Establishment, Characterization, and Applications of Primary Goat Mammary Cell Cultures
TLDR
Methods for establishment, maintenance, and characterization of primary goat mammary epithelial cell cultures (pgMECs) are described and possible applications for which the derived primary cell model can be used instead of in vivo experiments are described. Expand
Animal transgenesis technology: A review
TLDR
The success of transgenesis is checked by incorporation of antibiotic resistance gene, western and southern blot, PCR and ELISA, if the technology alleviates welfare and ethical issues, it becomes the most promising in the future. Expand
