  • ABSTRACT The enzymatic transformation of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) by purified XenB, an NADPH-dependent flavoprotein oxidoreductase fromPseudomonas fluorescens I-C, was evaluated by using natural abundance and [U-14C]TNT preparations.
