OBJECTIVE We analyzed the usefulness of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) for detection of cardiac diseases in patients with retinal artery occlusion (RAO). PATIENTS AND METHODS We retrospectively reviewed the charts of 22 consecutive patients with acute RAO.
