Nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) plays a role in the transcriptional regulation of genes involved in inflammation and cell survival. In this report we demonstrate that NF-kappaB recruits a coactivator complex that has striking similarities to that recruited by nuclear receptors.
