Friend leukemia virus integration 1 (Fli1) and erythroid Krüppel-like factor (EKLF) participate under experimental conditions in the differentiation of megakaryocytic and erythroid progenitor in cooperation with other transcription factors, cytokines, cytokine receptors, and microRNAs.
